Why did you take the challenge?

I wanted to lose fat and build muscle. I had been doing the workouts for several months but did not alter my eating habits.

Were you excited to start the challenge? Did you remain motivated throughout?

I was very motivated throughout the first 60 days. I met my initial weight goal of 114 pounds. Once I hit my final goal weight of 110 pounds about half way through the second challenge, I got sloppy with my eating. It was easy to continue the workouts but the diet was tough especially with the holidays.

Did you participate on the Ultimate Facebook page? Did it help? Tell us about your experience.

I enjoy the Facebook page and look at it almost daily. I like reading other people’s experiences. For me,  it is not a source of support or motivation but does give a feeling of being a part of something worthwhile.

Did you get the results you wanted? Was the process enjoyable? Was it hard for you? Tell us about your journey.

I have gotten great results. I have had 4 kids and I think I am more fit then before they were born! I am going to continue with the workouts, I do 6 out of 7 days/week. It is a part of my life now. Thank you!!
