Why did you take the challenge?
I took the challenge to improve my strength and stamina. I have been working hard this year to lose extra weight I gained from having my two kids, and I wanted this challenge to not only get me closer to my goal weight, but also to push my body to a level of fitness I have never been able to reach before.

Were you excited to start the challenge? Did you remain motivated throughout?
I was very excited to start the challenge. I was able to remain motivated throughout the challenge as I noticed the progress I made from week to week. The videos kept me feeling challenged throughout the program, and the variety of workouts were able to keep my interest.

Did you participate on the Ultimate Facebook page? Did it help? Tell us about your experience.
I did participate on the Ultimate Facebook page. I appreciated hearing from others going through the program. The group has a very supportive and friendly atmosphere. Seeing the encouragement from others and having the opportunity to provide my own support for others was a really neat way to add a social element to a program that many of us are taking on alone, in our living rooms.

Did you get the results you wanted? Was the process enjoyable? Was it hard for you? Tell us about your journey.
I lost 10 pounds from this challenge, putting me at 40 total pounds lost this year and only 15 pounds away from my goal weight. The process was enjoyable and challenging, and I respond really well to Gilad’s positive attitude and words of encouragement during the workouts. I’ve looked to Gilad to help me lose weight after two pregnancies, now, and thanks to these workout programs I have been able to bounce back to a good weight range both times. I feel like I can accomplish anything; I have plenty of energy to help me chase after my kids, and the schedules provided for these workout programs make it easy to implement a regular exercise routine into my busy days. Gilad’s Ultimate U challenge has been a great step in my journey to reach my fitness goals, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!
