Why did you take the challenge?
I’m in my mid-50’s and have been frustrated that whatever I eat and however I exercise, nothing seems to move. This challenge kept me motivated and encouraged. It’s still much easier for me to exercise at home and Gilad is a great motivator.

Were you excited to start the challenge? Did you remain motivated throughout?
Yes – the challenge is a great way to keep those of us who exercise at home in tune with others doing the same thing. Although I didn’t participate on the facebook page, I did see the posts and that helped.

Did you participate on the Ultimate Facebook page? Did it help? Tell us about your experience.
I signed in to the page and was encouraged by the stories from other folks. I’m still a bit shy around “strangers” and don’t always submit the written word.

Did you get the results you wanted? Was the process enjoyable? Was it hard for you? Tell us about your journey?
I did drop a few inches and enjoyed the process. It helped me change up my routine, which is something that was necessary. It was difficult at first to put the extra time into my schedule, but it was worth it!
