How does it work?
Attention all fitness enthusiasts! Prepare yourself for Gilad’s 21-Day Fitness Challenge, where you’ll experience the ultimate 21-day sweat-inducing workout. Are you ready to take on the challenge?
You don’t have to tackle this challenge on your own. You have the option to face it solo or you can connect with other fitness enthusiasts on our Facebook Support Group (link provided below) to receive the necessary motivation and encouragement.
This month’s challenge is the Gilad’s 21 Day Cross Training Challenge! These workouts will give you a fullbody workout using Gilad’s unique cross training principles. We’ve got some suggested workouts to get you started, but if you’re feeling adventurous, you can create your own routine. Just make sure it’s a good one, or Gilad might come after you!
All of these workouts are available for instant download at a discounted price. So you can keep them forever and ever, and never have to worry about missing a workout again. Unless, of course, you want to miss a workout. In which case, we won’t judge you.

I love Gilad Janklowicz!!! I have been exercising with him my entire adult life. In my experience, he is the absolute best!! #GILAD21
Thank you for posting the challenge a few days early; not to mention posting challenges, period. I babysit my grandsons who are almost 4 and 2-years-old three days a week and play golf once a week. As a result, I find that I get very behind in the challenges and don’t finish them. However, they are also a stark reminder of just how many days I actually exercise, so I LOVE them. By posting it a little early, I can go ahead and start tomorrow!
