What type of service do you offer?

The most common booking is for an hour of inspirational information about fitness and how busy people can get into and stay in shape. The one hour is approximately broken down like this:

  1. 20 min talk about fitness
  2. 10-15 min light workout to get the blood flowing.
  3. 20-15 min for Q&A about health and fitness.

Do you offer any online presentations?

Yes, we can do it all online too. It’s a great way to break up a day filled with long webinars, meetings, and training to get the blood flowing.
